Décor search · Twin cities

Décor that fits the venue—and the function.

Ask for décor by itself or combine it with catering. The team first defines the date, place, occasion, guest count and scope, then discusses a custom proposal.

What can be included

Build the décor scope by area.

Actual requirements vary by venue and occasion. These categories help you describe the work without forcing the event into a fixed package.

Guest arrival

Entrance and welcome styling

Arrival zones, pathways and welcome areas coordinated with the event’s visual direction.

Seating & dining

Tables, lounges and furniture

Guest comfort, tablescapes and statement seating considered alongside catering service flow.

Lighting

Ambient and architectural lighting

Lighting requirements discussed for the venue, programme, photography and evening atmosphere.

Send five essentials for a faster reply.

1. Event date

Include every date when a wedding or celebration has several functions.

2. Venue or locality

Share the venue name, map pin or shortlist so access and existing inclusions can be checked.

3. Occasion

Name the ceremony, reception, Sangeet, corporate event, birthday, housewarming or other function.

4. Approximate guests

A range is fine. It helps with stage proportions, seating, dining layouts and service flow.

5. Services needed

State décor only, catering only, or both. Mention any items already provided by the venue.

Custom, not vague

No public budget or fixed package is required.

Because venues and client requirements differ, the proposal is based on the real scope. The first conversation identifies what is necessary, optional and already covered.

If food is part of the plan, build the menu separately so both sides of the event are clearly documented.
